FYI: The comet Pan-STARRS information from the National Weather Service, Norman
The comet Pan-STARRS will be visible in the early evening skies of
western Oklahoma and western north Texas later this month.
It will gradually rise a little more above the horizon during the month of March.
The above graphic depicts its relative position to the moon and horizon.
