Kenton, in the far western Oklahoma Panhandle, has had a wind chill of minus 14 degrees (Thursday), Oklahoma Mesonet

And Boise City in the  Panhandle has had a wind chill of minus 12 degrees. Hooker, Okla. minus 5 wind chill and Goodwell, minus 1, so far on Thursday.
