New Year’s Day A chance of rain and snow before 7am, then a chance of snow and freezing drizzle between 7am and 1pm. Areas of fog before 7am. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 32. North wind 9 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
