At 6:30 a.m., temperatures remained at or below freezing in central Oklahoma, according to the Oklahoma Mesonet weather network
Only about 10 Oklahoma Mesonet stations, mainly in southern and eastern Oklahoma, had above freezing temperatures at 6:30 a.m., and each of those were at 33 degrees. There are 120 Oklahoma Mesonet stations.
