Unfortunately another record is likely in 2011, according to the Oklahoma Climatological Survey

The Oklahoma Mesonet weather network station at Hooker in the Panhandle has recorded 6.2 inches preciptation for the year-to-date.  The  lowest measured annual total for any single location in the state is 6.5 inches from Regnier in 1956.
