PANHANDLE WILL CONTINUE MOVING NORTH AT 35 MPH THROUGH 1 AM. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS SHOULD REMAIN LESS THAN FIVE HUNDRETHS OF AN INCH…WHILE
ANY SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS SHOULD REMAIN GENERALLY LESS THAN ONE
HALF OF AN INCH.
A STRONG UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN
NEW MEXICO WILL MOVE EAST INTO WEST TEXAS TONIGHT…WITH ADDITIONAL
RAIN AND SNOW EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS
PANHANDLES.
