Wind chills
At 11:10 a.m., the Oklahoma Mesonet showed wind chills in the metro area of primarily low to mid-teens.
However, Minco had a wind chill of 12 degrees. Wind chills of 10 to 13 degrees are common in western and northwest Oklahoma. In the Panhandle there were single digits at four of the six stations.
