Someone is bringing up Byron Mullens on a Thunder board? LMAO! He is a decent player while on a horrible team. He could barely sniff the court while in OKC because we are a great team. Mullens could be somewhat good ... on a fantasy basketball team but not on a real, great NBA team. Learn the difference Roger!

You know what, there was a missing player among the Thunder and after a two game outstanding showing, he went missing. Do you know where he is now?

Thabo Sefolosha made a career-high 5 of 7 3-pointers and the Oklahoma City Thunder routed the Phoenix Suns for the second game in a row 97-69 on Sunday night.

The 28-point blowout followed a 127-96 Thunder romp over the Suns in Oklahoma City on Friday night.

Russell Westbrook scored 24 points in 28 minutes in the Thunder’s 10th straight victory over Phoenix, the longest active streak for any Suns opponent.

Sefolosha added 20 points, two shy of his career high. Kevin Durant scored 18, 11 below his NBA-leading season average (29.1), in limited duty in the Thunder’s fourth straight win, none of them by fewer than a 21-point margin.

Markieff Morris was the only Phoenix player in double figures with 12.

There was a hint that the Thunder was going to win and lose the last two games, by the way they played with the Suns outrebounding the Thunder and again with the Jazz.

The Thunder won the game but was outrebounded by the Suns 53-40, although their turnover was down to 13 and the steals was 15, with only a total 7 fouls compared to 2 for the Suns.

Perkins scored 0 points and Sefolosha contines his scoring by 20 points and had a game of +38. Hope he continues to play that way.

Surprisingly, Kevin Martin did not play tonight. Don’t knowwhat happend to him. As long as the Thunder has players who step-up their scoring, I guess one double digit player who misses the game wouldn’t matter!

And so the rookies continue to play on and get their badly needed experience which is good for this team for the future games ahead.

Let's get Mullens back here. He was develop to start there by Paul Silas era and that gave backbone.

Mullens, Bobcats end Celtics’ win streak 94-91

The 7-foot Mullens hit 10 of 16 shots from the field, including 4 of 5 from 3-point range. The four-year NBA veteran turned in a career game with 25 points and 18 rebounds as the Bobcats snapped a seven-game losing streak.

”It’s big time,” Walker said of Mullens’ effort. ”We need that from him. We need that from Byron and he can do it. We know he can do it every night. He is very capable. When he has big games like that, you know, I think that gives us a much better chance.”

Mullens said he was more pleased with his rebounding than his scoring ”because that is not what I’m known for.

”I just have to show the league and this organization that I can rebound,” he said.
The Bobcats battled back in the third quarter behind 12 points from Mullens to take a 75-72 lead into the fourth. Mullens, who scored Charlotte’s first 10 points of the game, did most of his damage from outside, knocking down 3-pointers and turnaround jumpers, showing great touch for a big man.

”Byron was as good as you can get in the NBA statistically in many ways,” Bobcats coach Mike Dunlap said. ”He’s still young. He’s growing.

I've been seeing a lot of calls that should be made when keven Durant goes to the basket and the refs don't even call a foul, but if Keven say something tab out the play he gets a tech, the refs in the NBA should be evaluated after every game and put on the spot and ask why wasn't there a call made in certain situation that could have been called either way instead of no call, and the ref that was on top of the play should be question, and I also think refs should be fined as well as players, for jumping the gun on giving out techs, you get fine for flopping.

The NBA news media told it the way it was and not the way some here are stating, like a conspiracy theory by some. Brooks has some skin on the game, cause he did not recognized the tempo wasn't going their way from the beginning!

Al Jefferson scored 23 points, Paul Millsap had 18 and the Utah Jazz beat Oklahoma City 109-94 Tuesday night to break the Thunder’s four-game winning streak.

Utah’s bench outscored Oklahoma City’s 49-25, and the Jazz bigs dominated the boards, holding a 16-7 edge on offensive rebounds.

The Thunder also committed 20 turnovers.

The game was scrappy from the start, with Kendrick Perkins and Kevin Durant both called for flagrant fouls, and Perkins whistled for a technical. It was the first flagrant foul of Durant’s career.

The Jazz led by seven entering the fourth but quickly put the game away, opening on a 6-0 run.

The Thunder were already down 17 when Durant bumped a driving Alec Burks out of bounds, then exchanged words with DeMarre Carroll after drawing the flagrant.

DeMarre Carroll really wants to test Durant's toughest and Durant wants to show he isn't that nice, only nasty.

Westbrook is much more of a timid player, when I saw him tangle with Kobe Bryant. He shoved Kobe just a ittle, without even eyeing him one bit and started to move away. He showed that he isn't really a tough guy. I haven't seen Westbrook get mad with anybody, even if he tumbles around after his wild, wild shots.
