I am glad to read all these posting here and have an insight from both sides. True there are stengths and weaknesses from Brooks, Westbrook and Curry. The only common denominator here is Westbrook and Brooks, that being, the point guard is the extension of the coach while the game is played, right. So to blame the point guard is in hindsight, but the actual truth is, was the point guard told to shoot, even if he misses or ignore the open players and still shoot it? That is the question that everyone is interested in. If he was not told to do so, it becomes the point guard’s problem and the coach for not following his instruction. Now if it were the other way around, it is the coach that should be blame for ignoring a better shot selection to open shooters and holing the ball too long, that set ups the other team defense.

Hope this helps to determine if Brooks needs to change his style or Westbrook needs some counseling!

How does the Warriors’ fan make any sense at all? The Warriors would be better with WB. WB has a better assist rate, better assists to turnover ratio, better PER, better REB, gets to the line more, and does basically everything you ask a PG to do better than Curry. I like Curry. I think he will continue to improve, but the only thing he does better than WB is shoot 3′s. Let’s also not forget that Curry hasn’t been able to stay on the court with any consistency due to his ankles and WB hasn’t missed a game since he entered the league. And while I am all for standing up for your guys, the argument makes absolutely no sense at all.

No offense, but the fact that anyone can actually say that WB is overrated, after all the crap he constantly has to take, is just plain not paying attention. The guy is one of the best 2 or 3 PGs in the league.

Great game by both teams–you were tired & we were stoked You’re still the better team but the Dubs aren’t bad, & when Bogut & Rush get back on the floor we’ll be anyone’s match,IMO.

Tough loss.I was really irritated about the end of game turnovers and of course,untimely second chance points given up,but I’m certain it bothered the team even more than me. I also think it’s funny that after reading these comments the one that made the most sense was from a Warrior fan.

you guys are so lucky to have Durant. What a class act and a great leader/player. Westbrook is overrated, it would be interesting to know how you guys would be with a true PG. How would Rondo look on your team? Rondo for Westbrook?
