The Miami Heat are a ver good team, as they have won an NBA championship, but they are not invincible as the Olando Magic almost defeated them until the overtime ended the game by two points. It a Leron who was the main player who kept his tea going with hs assists and rebounding, plus his high scoring, but did it all!

Hopefully the Thunder can find ways of winning against this team anditshould be now! I was believing that Brooks already solved that problem by viewing film or by setting the tactic on how to defend against the bull, LeBron ad how to defend against te same playsthat the Heat has used in defeating the Thunder 5 straight times. If the finals were now, that is a long shot, the Heat will win. Brooks, do your homework well and study how to win against the Heat!

Pop's quote included the phrase, "especially the ones who are a little bit older." Duncan is 36. Ginobili is 35. Tony Parker is 30. The only rotation player for OKC that's in his 30's is Nick Collison. No one else is even close among regular rotation guys other than Kevin Martin at 29.

Compare the minutes played per game by KD & Russ for their careers to this point with those of Tim Duncan and Tony Parker for their first five years in the league. Duncan's minutes didn't start going down until his sixth year. Parker's are only slightly less than Westbrook's.

You don't want to see KD and Russ get run into the ground obviously, but they've still got young legs, more so than the stars for the Spurs have. Besides, Popovich and Brooks each did the same thing last year, and we saw how that turned out.

From Yahoo Sports; By Dan Devine

Brooks can take a hint from the 17 year experience coach Popovich with 4 championships under him!

From Popovich, “I’m mostly concerned with the health and safety of my players, especially the ones who are a little bit older. When they need rest, I’m going to give it to them.” “If you’re playing four games in five nights and you need to rest somebody, I think that’s a call that I’ll make if I need to do that,” Popovich told McDonald. “I’ve done it before, and I’ll do it again, I’m sure.”

In the Spurs' previous four games — all wins, all huge offensive displays, including three blowouts — no individual San Antonio player has had to bear an especially heavy load, with only Tony Parker (32.4) averaging more than 30 minutes per contest. The other three Spurs who sat against Miami — Tim Duncan, Danny Green and Manu Ginobili — have all had pretty well-managed minutes over the past week, with Duncan getting just over 28 minutes per night.
