Laker fans are so delusional.... This years' version of "showtime" is faded yellow instead of Laker gold....

This FRIDAY night the THUNDER will only have to play THEIR GAME, it's the Lakers who will have to adjust & they are so one dimensioal that they can't do it....

Laker problems, 1) No PG, 2)D-Ho is a child, 3)no defense for fastbreaks because Kobe won't get back & the others can't, 4)no consistent bench production, Jamison & Meeks can & will contribute 1 out of 5 games, 5) Pau Gasol has hurt feelings, 5) only dependable Lakers are Kobe & MWP, if your comfortable with them as the cornerstones of your franchise then your definitely in LaLaLand....

When Nash does come back, the PG's & coaches of the NBA have already figured out that on a FASTBREAK, do not pass the ball, just run over Nash.... He'll get out of the way, he'll foul you as you run him over, run over him enough, he won't get back up.... Nash is 65 years old, he can't take that kind of beating anymore....

Russell has matured & turned the corner, someone, somewhere finally convinced him that wins are more important than statistics & that if he plays DEFENSE & shares the ball, everything for everybody, including himself, becomes so much easier.... Russell has made it, he is one of the most visible PG's in the NBA, his talent & personality is undeniable, Russell Westbrook & Kevin Durant will LEAD the THUNDER to the NBA Championship this season.... What the THUNDER is doing now will continue throughout the season & they will be well prepared when the playoffs begin....

Need to wait on the OKC-Lakrs game this thursday night to verify for myself if Westbrook has really turned a leaf on his game by passing first and helping the team to in games. I say this because he wants to display himself to the Lakers fans that he can play alongside the best player, like Kobe.

It will also show if the Thunder bigs has what it takes to play along Dwight Howard's post-ups, dunking, rebounding and shot blocking abilities!

I just hope Brooks has made his adjustments!

Maybe he & Jeremy Lamb establish some kind of on-court connection.... Or hopefully he'll learn how to MOVE HIS FEET on DEFENSE.... PJ3 needs some kind of motivation to play DEFENSE, watching him watch guys score EVEN in blowout gametime is disappointing.... I know he ENJOYS the free ride of big money, big lifestyle all across America with NO PRESSURE & it would seem that that would be his motivation to put out some defensive effort, instead of treating benchtime as naptime.... Just because it's referred to as garbage time/garbage minutes doesn't mean he has to play like garbage with a mediocre garbage effort....

Hope he treats this as an opportunity instead of a punishment....
