I wish James well.He can do what ever he wants with his facial hair.He’s starting.He’s the go to guy.He has a high scoring average.He got a max contract.All of which he wasn’t going to get here.There’s only one ball.And there’s only so much money.Byron Mullns got traded to the Bobcats,but he’s starting.Jeff Green got traded,but there’s alot worse places to go than the Celtics.When he’s had to trade one of the young players,I think Sam’s done a great job,not only getting his moneys worth,but putting them in the best position for them. Also,I know James wants to think of tonight as just another game,but he can’t because it’s not.

Harden was good in OKC, he was one of my favorites on the team….

But now, it’s time to shave the beard….

All I know is that in order to be paid $13 million per year, the opportunity to play for MULTIPLE NBA championships, exposure in top level NBA match-ups on nationwide TV, playing in front of a sold out home arena for EVERY game, all Harden had to do was live in Oklahoma for 6-7 months a year…. That wasn’t good enough for him….

$80 million dollars compared to $55 million dollars is no choice, take the money & run…. Yes, that’s what Harden did & that’s cool, I completely understand….

No championships though, no nationwide TV, no home crowd packed arena for EVERY game…. That’s nothing though, money makes up for all those memories & experiences that Kevin Martin will now be a major part of….

I can’t wait for tonight, c’mon THABO, just imagine that it’s KOBE your guarding tonight…. Or even better, just know that it’s James & shut him down hard…. Forget “fear the beard” stuff because now it’s “shave the beard” night inside the Peake !!!!
