Harden’s feelings hurt because he was only given an hour…. ok, it’s been over a week, would he or would have not accepted the Thunders last offer? NO, he wouldn’t have. He wanted 3 days so the Houston offer would go away and give him more leverage to get the $60 mil he wanted. When James Harden said he was willing to sacrifice to stay in OKC, that was the sacrifice he meant, $80 million vs $60 million, not a bad amount of sacrificing, but more than the Thunder could afford. Save the hurt feelings James, man up, your bluff was called, take your $80 million consolation prize and quit whining about it. Jeesh, you’d think the man was homeless and destitute.

That Adriam Wojnarowski guy obviously has a boner for all things Harden, this is about his 8th or 9th write-up on this trade since it happened….

It’s over, he’s gone, hasta la vista baby !!!!

He’s no longer Thunder Blue, now he’s a Red Rocket….

THABO BETTER shut him down on 11-28, I watched the Dream Team show & MJ & Scottie said when they faced Toni Kukoc, they were deterrmined that he wasn’t gonna get anything against them…. I can only hope that that is the attitude taken by the THUNDER players when the ball is tossed in the air….

I appreciated all James did when he was here, but now he wants to BEAT the THUNDER, he wants too display his 3 fingers & laugh & jump around with a bit of Linsanity inside the PEAKE !!!! Do I wanna see that ???? Absolutely not !!!!

I want to see the emotionally hurt & physically beaten slump shouldered James Harden walking off the court & into the NBA night….

Harden ought to go on with his new career now and not make this thing like he was a victim. He got a great pay raise and is a starter now in the NBA, on a team with some potential. Many of us wanted him to stay in OKC, but we had to remain true to our business model and keep under that onerous salary-cap. We couldn’t have it both ways – a Harden and staying under the cap. We’re both better off now, and still on course to continue being competitive. I don’t want to hear any whining now that the poker hand is done. Please, show a little dignity, James.

L Jones – Well yeah, I agree that praying about it would certainly be fine, but Harden’s acting as if Presti just dumped this on his lap and said “here, you’ve got one hour”. Well, maybe he only had an hour in that moment, but he’s surely had weeks, months, who knows how long, to contemplate and pray over this situation. The guy knows when the deadline is, he has a good idea of how it’s going to go down and where his bottom dollar is. He doesn’t need more than an hour. He’s had months.
