		<description><![CDATA[Why was a 114 million renovation to one of the smallest arenas in the NBA good enough to move a team, but a 350 million renovation to an existing arena wasn&#039;t good enough to keep the team, or the ownership to even listen.......But glad it went down the way it did, I would rather lose the Sonics for 6-7 years than take the kind of deal that they wanted in Seattle, or the one taken by OKC. No new taxes for new Seattle arena, only user fees. Now that that&#039;s out of the way, Stern can&#039;t wait to get a team in Seattle and we get our arena on our terms. Can&#039;t wait for you guys to have to pony up for a anew arena during a alosing streak of seasons.....]]></description>
