Seems like the Spurs' window has been closing for like seven or eight years now. Maybe someone needs to spray some WD-40 on that thing. In the meantime, I'll believe their window is closed when I see it. Which at this rate, might be another seven or eight years.

I've been watching KMart for a while (side effects from playing Fantasy B-ball. Before we even had a team.). He's legit, I think coming off the bench only helps him. It will all depend on how the 2nd unit supports him. I believe a triumvirate of Collison Martin and Maynor could out play other teams 2nd units. Having PJ3 or Lamb there to be another threat is just icing on the cake.

What I haven't seen is how Martin reacts to pressure. My guess is, not good. He's been an efficient scorer adrift in NBA purgatory for awhile now. I don't know if he knows how to be a ruthless winner.

For the rookies, all we should be looking for now are productive minutes to spell the All-Stars a bit.

The starting 5 have been starting together for sometime now, so it won't affect how we jump out of the gate. It'll be the beyond that will tell the story.

We'll see.

K-Mart will be a better fit than Harden by the All-star break.... Russ will be greatly improved as a POINT GUARD, the Olympic experience he gained will show up on the court in the same the World Games improved KD.... SERGE will step into the limelight & become an NBA All-Star.... Jeremy Lamb will give Mr. October a run for playing time....

Hasheem Thabeet will step up & allow PERK to rest his ragged bones & be ready for those wrestling matches with D-Ho & Marc Gasol.... Thabeet will become a fan favorite because he will produce....

Overall this will be another GREAT season for the THUNDER, as long as Miami is Miami, they will be a tough mountain to climb BUT the THUNDER are young, energetic, & one day or season they will become HUNGRY.... Until that HUNGER moment permeates throughout the TEAM, the THUNDER will be no more than a step away from the TITLE of NBA CHAMPIONS....

Could we possibly get a consensus on what "efficient" means?

Rhode: "Martin is incredibly efficient, more efficient than Harden."

Slater: "I know Harden is younger and more efficient"
