trade harden, cook, and Haywood for a early first round pick and/ or a dominate big man who can score. Kevin Love?? Can you imagine, Love, Westbrook, and Durant?
Keep Liggins, Rautins and Orton. Rautins is a better shooter than Cook and maynor..less money......Liggins, great on defense, a shut down player.
Thabeet, doesnt hustle back down court, slow..hence, Orton..........
keep in mind, Next year, Sefolosha is up for a new contract , alot more money for him also..........Cook, and Maynor contracts are pending next year also.....
Im glad im not making these decisions.

I wish there was a way we could keep Liggins, Rautins, and Ortin. I like the idea of trading Hayward, but that gives us only two spots. Walker Russell is a good player also. Hollis Thompson will likely go to the 66ers and one day play with the team. All those guys are good. Sam Presti strikes again, plugging in some really good players.

One more thing, I may be the only one to come out and say this but The THUNDER'S chances at a run at the Title are completely dependent on PERKINS staying healthy now that NAZI MOHAMMED is gone. He is arguably the best (or at least tied with TYSON CHANDLER for the best) low post defener in the NBA. Without NAZI, we really have no replacement for PERK. COLE plays his heart out but He cant't Body up Like PERK or NAZI could. PERK is so good at Bodying Up that its like the refs allow PERK and only PERK to lighly foul while establish Hip position. Forgive this analogy but PERK is on their backs like a rapist on a sissy. No one gets around PERK. You have to go over him. That along with our ability to stretch the floor with 3's is going to determine whether or not we are there at finals time.

The thunder have to have a plan B for COLE ADLRICH and that would be ORTON over THABEET because of body control and instinct. I've watched all three of them play and though Orton is raw and a bit emotional, athletically he has the highest up side of the three... especially if the Thunder can direct that emotional confusion in his head toward focused nastiness which should come naturally with maturity anyway.

I've seen em play and I tell you that LIGGINS is better than LAZAR right now in almost every respect except experience and LIGGINS has the heart/desire of a prise fighter.

I personally think that RAUTINS right now is a 40%+ 3 point shooter in clutch situations which COOK won't ever be. RAUTINS focus is like ice as a pure shooter and he also passes well when he does not have the open look. RAUTINS will never be the relentless defensive presence that LIGGINS is but I think he'll be about as good defensivly as COOK is.

I think Orton is in (partly cause he's a home town boy thank God). I like LIGGINS over LAZZAR and RAUTINS over COOK but I don't think either will happen because the THUNDER value loyalty and it would kind of be disloyal to toss what you have for the unknown.

Gotta go along with This Guy on this one. It isn't that Rautins played poorly because he didn't. But it's only one (pre-season) game, and they already have that role filled with Cook. He'll end up somewhere though, either the 66ers or another NBA team.

As far as Liggins goes, I'd be fine with OKC cutting ties with Lazar Hayward to make room for Liggins. Kinda like the idea of keeping Orton, but don't like the idea of losing Liggins, the way he's been playing. And having him around as a possible Thabo replacement could be a nice luxury to have, especially if Thabo keeps having injury problems.

cuse4life: don't get so bent out of shape. Rautins has one role, one that is already filled on the team by Daequan Cook. Perhaps when Cook's contract is up next season the Thunder may bring Rautins back in the fold next year if someone else hasn't picked him up. We're talking about a 15th man here, a guy that wears the same uniform as the coaches every game.

Rautins Played the best with the time he was given. So if they are keeping the player who plays the best, how is Rautins not even in the top 2 of the running? I guess he is going have to play better then he did last game for you guys to show some love. Good thing Brooks is making that decision and not you guys because we all know who you guys want on the team.
