Players like Serge, Harden, Westbrook, Durant, and Maynor are championship level pieces that would make any near contender a serious threat and a contender almost a lock.

If they can get max money and still have a chance at a title, how this a bad thing?

I love this Thunder culture! They are doing things the right way and keeping the EGOS in check so far. So many NBA superstars get ruined by the atmosphere, so its refreshing to see the humility, hard-work, and determination that is going to afford them many opportunities to win it all.
I know Oklahoma may not be the most attractive place for these young millionaires to reside, but they definitely got it together!

I can’t imagine us having to play without James, Erik or Serg, they all bring things that fit in with our style of play. The only place that I see us as being able to sacrifice is at center. I don’t see us resigning Nazr either. We are a small market team and there is just so much money to go around. Even Russel understands that when he resigned, he could have gotten a lot more on the open market.

Great move if we get 7’3″ Thabeet for the minimum. Hopefully Perk can teach him and Cole how to set a screen before he gets let go. I would hope the Thunder would not amnesty Perk if at all possible. We lost Green and a 1st and 2nd round pick for him. He has value, I would hope they would let him play out his contract or trade him for an exception or some cap mastery first.
