The doctor cannot legally disclose information without the consent of the patient. Or perhaps the physician found something after the fact – i.e. once Green’s condition was known, in going back, said physician found evidence of the problem that he or she had missed previously.

So the doctor didn't tell the Thunder and it is the Thunders fault technically because they use the doctor. Maybe the doctor had a patient who didn't want the Thunder to know something that might stop his future in basketball.Losing a draft pick is tough but the Thunder will get over it. This doctor better be really good to hold information and still keep his job with the Thunder. This physical may cost the Thunder a lot of money between getting a really good rookie and keeping an average veteran. thunder
