What kind of Thunder fan are you SoonerC? A true fan wouldn’t stand for losing any of our guys. Teamwork makes the dream work. I am from Oklahoma and a true fan. I had the opportunity to meet James and he is one of the most humble, god-loving men I have ever met. He is no idiot and he loves Oklahoma…so much that he moved his brother’s family here so they would be close to each other. That’s exactly the kind of player we need to build a legacy. Besides…I don’t think KD would call an idiot his best friend. Sounds like you’re the idiotic one.

I sense a few trolls in the comment section. That said, fantastic news that Harden sees his teammates in such a light.

If OKC can keep Harden, Ibaka and Maynor, we could be in for an amazing next few years. While in years past I would have agreed with PistolChad, I think Presti has the team he wants to take forward. We have a team that is capable of challenging for championships. We are at a point where adding firepower through trades is far more beneficial than playing the draft game. We may eventually see something like an amnesty, but I doubt we’ll be doing too much shifting over the next few years. I expect Presti to work overtime to ensure we keep our pieces intact as opposed to him looking for drastic trades.

Stay in OKC, James, Eric, Serge. Be a part of this burgeoning dynasty.

Harden isn’t built in the mode of winners like Durant and Westbrook. He can go and our mighty Thunder wouldn’t miss him.

My gut tells me the Thunder will trade him sometime before the trading deadline around the All-Star break.

The Thunder are all about value. Another team will overvalue him right now and the Thunder can maximize their trade with future draft picks.
