I was happy when Perk fouled out. Who the heck gave him permission to shoot twice in the 4th quarter of a close game? O, that's right, Westbrook passed to him. Egregious.

Game 6 should be very interesting. You never know what to expect from these young guns.

First off, much needed win. The mental toughness some of the guys showed was very impressive.

Secondly, I don't care who gets mad...

Russell Westbrook, not the smartest PG in the league by any stretch, got the Spurs back in the game with a chance to win it. Scott Brooks, not the smartest coach in the league by any stretch, waited far too long to put the ball in Harden's hands. Just amateur.

Kevin Durant went to the podium and said the dude who was 9-24 with 6 turnovers (3 straight in the 4th) and just about some of the dumbest shot selections I've seen from anyone on either team, "was great tonight." Really?

Now that I got THAT off my chest, who wouldve thought our bench would outplay the Spurs bench? I seriously thought that was their biggest advantage.

The Peake is going to be L-O-U-D.

What a game! The Thunder have done this all year, they never give in. The fight all the way to the end.

My only complaint, WTH were we doing at the end. Westbrook made me lose even more of my hair..

Great recap, Darnell. Thunder's biggest game of the year, and their biggest win of the year. Figures you would deliver your best nuggets of the year!

They overcame. Simply said and spot on. Thunder knew this was a must-win game and they withstood and overcame. So proud of this team.

Reggie Miller said "we're watching this team grow up right in front of us". Actually it's the culmination of a growth process Thunder fans have watched since just before the All-Star break. They were playing tremendous basketball, then went into a bit of a funk.

Darnell, you accurately highlighted the weaknesses that needed to be addressed and resolved. Major props to Scott Brooks and his staff for coaching them through that period and bringing them to this point.

The molding of Durant, Westbrook and Harden into the league's best trio of talent is a great testament to Durant. He is not only a great player but an outstanding young man. He nurtured and encouraged Westbrook and Harden, subjugating his own game in order to grow theirs.

Awesome game. Now time to focus on Wednesday's game six. If the Thunder don't win Wednesday, last night means nothing. Our great fans will be in full throat. Come on boys: finish the drill!

GO THUNDER!!
