[...] Darnell Mayberry on last night’s win: “There’s a ton more to say about this one. Royal Ivey’s contribution, Daequan Cook‘s wild journey to the free throw line, the Thunder’s solid rebounding, OKC’s respectable ball security, the Thunder’s 35-point fourth quarter…You can go on and on about this one. But the most important thing is the Thunder gutted out a road win in the fourth quarter for the second night in a row. OKC again showed its toughness and ability to win close games, even when nothing’s going right. This is how playoff games are won. Remember these come May.” [...]

Tough, gritty win for the Thunder. A game they frankly should have lost. KD = Clutch, just as much MVP as LeBron. He'll win it (media), but KD's right there as well.

Thunder keeps getting better, bodes well for playoffs. Maynor goes down, RJackson and Ivey step up. Thabo goes down, Daquean Cook steps up. Harden continues to improve, clearly best 6th man in NBA (sorry, Lou Williams). Ibaka grows into offensive contributor, Perk, Collison and Serge best set of bigs in the West. Lots to like here. Lots to like. GO THUNDER!!

Super impressed with this win. 2 good wins against playoff teams in consecutive nights on the road..

Might have to revise my prediction that the Spurs come out of the West.

Westbrook played great. When he values the ball the Thunder are tough..

Finally, I know it is easy to overlook, but KD in the 4th was unbelievable. Easy to take his performances for granted. Dagger after dagger!

what about Perk blocking a Dwight Howard shot. How sick was that? And Royal Ivey making that trey near the end, or Cook missing 2 free throws in the last 5 seconds which would have sealed it. Cook better look over his shoulder. Ivey is gonna take over some of his minutes on the court. Hope Westbrook is gonna be OK. We definitely need him. Is Collison not 100% yet? He doesn't seem as effective as he used to be. Great win, though!

I've been thinking, pretty much all of the heat's wins have been double digits. they've just ran over people. how's that gonna work in the playoffs? I think these close games are really going to help the thunder.

Great job Darnell. I agree this was the most impressive win in a while if not ever. This team may make a believer out of those national media types yet.
