Great to see Cook finding the stroke (6 for 9 last three games), only one question.We know he is a streak shooter, so why not keep going to him when he hits. he hit 2 back to back, then was subbed out.

Also with shooters like Ray Allen, Cook, ect. how they get the ball plays a big part to their rhythm. Maybe Jackson should look at some tape of how Maynor finds Cook and the floor, and it could help keep the rhythm going

Darnell, on the idea of a condensed version of your post-game write-up, that would be great, although I’m guessing you’re pretty much chasing your tail by then as it is. We could probably just spend a sleepless night waiting for you to post a full write-up.

If you did decide to do a quick-take post though, maybe you could call it something like “Mini Nuggets” or some such. (“McNuggets”?) Or maybe just “Quick Takes.” Or my personal favorite, “Darnell Dishes the Dirt.”

Just trying to help, you understand. I do enjoy your columns.

Darnell, you’re very welcome. I mean it, I love your work. As far as doing a more condensed version, personally, I’m a night owl, so I look forward to reading them late at night before I go to bed. And I’d rather read them all at once than read a shorter version and waking up the next day to read the rest of them.

Brandon and David, thanks a lot for the kind words. I truly appreciate it. I have a question for you both (and anyone else who is a loyal reader). Since I don’t get my nuggets out until midnight or later after most games because of my other duties, would it be more convenient if I posted a more condensed version after the game and came back with more thoughts the next morning? Just asking for feedback, not really at the point of considering changing anything up. Thanks again. -DM-
