Wizards fans booed Blatche during pre-game intros. Then the crowd booed the team throughout the first quarter. The Wizards were down 12-5 and the home fans were booing the breaks off them. I could not believe it.

As a Wizards fan, I'm not sure why you question the nerve of a hometown fanbase booing a 1-12 team. 30+ years of mediocrity and very expensive tickets tends to do that to you.

But hey, you guys are in Oklahoma. What do you know?

Yeah, you can't lay this one at Russell's feet. If anything (and I can't believe I'm saying this), several of the turnovers came when the Thunder was trying to pass too much. This seemed particularly true in the lane. Some were bad passes; some because the guy underneath the basket wasn't expecting the pass. For all of the Wizards' problems, length is not one of them and they did a good job of getting their hands in the passing lanes.

Are people really going to call russ out as the problem for this game? Really? Cause if so, just quit watching basketball entirely. Russ was the only person who brought any life for the entire game. That guy never stopped even for a second. He passed well, he scored well, and he fought. KD makes 3 more shots and russ would have had double digit assists.

Simply put, until russell westbrook understands his role, this team wont win the title. His me against you, in the pg matchups is getting out of control. Any pg he plays against that has any kind of name, i.e wall, rose, rondo, etc.., he tries to show the league and them he is the best. I think they will have to trade him, as he wants to be THE MAN, INSTEAD OF BEING THE RIGHT HAND MAN TO THE MAN !!!!!!

Good points. Yes, RW and KD are simply taking over too much offensively. Just like you said, 50% shooting is 50% shooting. As far as starters, Thabo and Ibaka WILL shoot as high of a % from the field as both RW and KD, if not higher, simply because they don't draw the attention of the defense to the same degree. You have to give both of these guys more shot attempts, simple as that. Heck, even give Perk the ball in the post some. Yes,Ibaka, Perk, and Thabo's primary assets on the floor are defense, but you have to show the opponent that these guys can do it offensively as well and that you are able and willing to go to them for offense. They can't be after thoughts all the time on offense. They seem to just be there for RW for a dumpoff when nothing else is working. You gotta actually call these guys' number on offense some, come on.
