Yes because with a real , er, “pass first” pg we would have no one who could create their own shot or score in the starting lineup but Durant. That would just be glorious for the starting unit.

maybe if we had a real..er…”pass first” pg then he would be perfect fit to start. Till then the 6th man of the year is still a nice trophy

I am fine with Harden coming off the bench even though I consider him to be the 3rd best SG in the league because he is the first option on the second unit, and he thrives in that role. His chemistry with Collison is remarkable and the way he drives, kicks, finishes, creates is a joy to watch. But when he is on the floor with KD and russ he becomes the 3rd option really and it takes away from his game.
