If not Cole Aldrich, then who is the next Tulsa 66er to come up to the big squad for a stay? Is there anyone you feel, if they work really hard this off-season, could make the jump and help the Thunder? Maybe this isn't like baseball, where you get close, and if you have a good season they try you out when an opportunity arises.

I've watched both with the 66ers & it always looked like byron was playing harder and giving more effort. I bet cole still comes to tulsa next season sometime. They can send him 3 times, but byron can't be send to d league anymore

Funny how some kids come right out of high school and fit into the NBA, and others have to go through all of college, and still aren't ready. It may take some time for Cole to develop. He may be 3 years away - when I saw him last year that's probably his timetable. But when he arrives, when it clicks, when all the gears line up, I look for him to be a pretty physical presence inside, perhaps a Kevin McHale type (if those types are still relevant in the NBA).
