All of the sudden Cuban has some class. Good for him. As history proves, be nice to the people on the way up, they are the same ones you meet on the way down.

Mavs beatwriter Ed Sefko said the other day one of the team’s PR staff said Cuban didn’t want to lose the fans in Oklahoma, particularly in the southern part of the state. I was one of them before the Thunder came, especially when I lived south of Durant. Took my daughter and several of her friends to a Mavs/Timberwolves (KG days) game for her 12th birthday. For me, the “Big Three” will always be Finley, Dirk and Nash.

Dallas’ ESPN 103.3 (radio home of the Mavs) rules the sports airwaves in that part of the state. You couldn’t even get WWLS down there. They actually had people who knew basketball. Their coverage of Dallas is 10 times better than the Animal.

It’s hard to swallow the loss to the Mavs, but Mark is right… Great Season Thunder!

Rise Together and Thunder Up for next year!!!

I’ll be pulling for the Mavs. I cannot cheer for LJ and DW in south beach. Plus, it will make the Thunder look better if the Mavs win.
