[...] Darnell Mayberry: “Monday’s game should be a good test for the Thunder. The close-out game is notorious for being the toughest game in a series. It’ll be interesting to see how the Thunder responds. I originally picked the Thunder in 5 largely because I thought the Nuggets would be good enough to win at least one on their home court. But also because closing a series on an opponent’s home floor is no easy task. We’ll see just how good the Thunder is Monday. A side benefit to taking care of business Monday is two additional days of rest in addition to whatever amount the Thunder would already get before the second round. And it should be plenty. The Memphis-San Antonio series looks like it’s going 7.” [...]

I hereby tag Kendrick Perkins, the former altar boy with the nickname "Hellboy" for his tough play in the paint. Also, even though Nene is strong in the paint, he seems to intentionally rake his hand across defenders eyes after a dunk, notably causing short term pain to Ibaka in Game 3. Have seen this move several times from Nene and I think its dirty play.

The comment about Windows 97. Funny stuff. No, we no longer have Windows 97, but we do have Thunder 3.0. About to upgrade to Thunder 4.0.

Feel free to keep your Windows 97, and enjoy watching the rest of the playoffs up there in Denver.

Nobody ever said that it was a bad idea to play Durant at power forward at times. The criticism came from those times when Brooks stuck with it too long - Lakers in OKC - or when it was a bad matchup. KD on Kenyon Martin is a lot different than against Zach Randolph.

Great nugget about the Thunder's ability to play any style. It's allowed them to win Games 1 and 3 even though parts of the offense were having issues. And the one stat that really has to jump out this season is the reduced turnovers.

good point about KD at the 4. I am someone who wasn't a fan of that, but it really did work out both defensively and offensively. I was feeling pretty sick when Nazr became the 3rd big with 2 fouls. KD's defense isn't to be overlooked, especially because his offense never got flowing steady.
