I'm thinking that I'm going to become a huge temporary Memphis fan over the next week, after OKC wraps up this series in either game 4 or 5. Not that I think that the Grizzlies are a better matchup than the Spurs; I don't. I just think it would be more beneficial to have home court advantage vs Memphis than to not vs the Spurs. But after the last 6 weeks of basketball, the Thunder, no matter who they play in the next round, is clearly going to be the favorite.

The foul trouble has sort of been a god send because it's got Scott Brooks out of his safety zone of running timed rotations. The first game George Karl outcoached Brooks (and himself in the last 1:05). The last two games belong to Brooks. I love Kendrick Perkins but that pass at :45 was just plain silly. Got to keep your composure down the stretch. FTAs were more even this game but in each and every game Denver has gotten to the foul line more. That should be an impossibility given that OKC has Durant and Westbrook and Denver doesn't. The game 2 diff. was a silly 37 FTA for Denver and 28 for OKC. The Thunder need to jump on that and harp on it with the league. It has not made a difference so far in this series but against a better opponent it can.

What a great win! So happy to be 3-0! Serge, no doubt, was the player of the game. But, as always, great team effort from the Thunder.
