The booing thing at the end of the game last night…that’s bad. Honestly didn’t care for the “must have been $10 seats” crack as that’s taking a shot at people who sit up there and cheer like nuts whether they can afford to pay more or not. And not everyone can. And it doesn’t matter. Those folks make Loud City what it is, and they’re just as much a part of the Thunder family as the folks in the not-so-cheap seats. I’ve met some great people in both areas, and run across a handful of jerks in both areas. But booing the team at the end of the game last night, whoever it was and wherever it came from, you be risking some bad ju-ju from the ju-ju gods for that.

Totally agree with Brandon… And furthermore feel like maybe you should spend your hard money else where.

Rude fans who don’t support their team win or lose should go back to cheering and booing for OU and leave the Thunder alone.

I was surprised by the boos as well as were leaving the game. I was a little disappointed, but understood by Coach Brooks made the decisions he did. What happened to Bynum in LA could happen to anyone, and to have it happen in a game where the outcome didn’t make any difference would have been unfortunate. It was interesting to see how/why people like Byron Mullins and Royal Ivey probably won’t ever significant time in a Thunder uniform. As a fan, I didn’t like the outcome, but understood the reasoning behind letting the guys who did play, play.

Johnnie, you don’t exactly sound like a real fan of the Thunder or you would understand the strategy. Wouldn’t be surprised if your \hard earned cash\ was for a $10 Loud City seat.

I know winning this game wasn’t as high of priority, and the reserves were given a chance to see different game situations, which can be a good thing.

One situation near the end of regulation was frustrating, though. Ivey’s foul on Salmons should not have resulted in three free throws. That was practically a loose ball situation.

Salmons did not have full possession when Ivey fouled him, which means there’s no way he was in the act of shooting, and he should’ve been awarded two shots for the bonus situation, instead of three.

I know it’s not that big of a deal, and practically everybody in the building started to blow the game off with less than two minutes left. I think that’s what caused the letdown more than anything. Everybody in the Thunder camp was ready to end it and did not want to exude the energy needed to collect a win that did not factor in the “bigger picture.”

So now, let’s move on to the playoffs. GO THUNDER!!!

Johnnie, are you kidding me? You do realize that we were playing our THIRD stringers in the 4th quarter against their starters, right? And the point of this game wasn’t winning, it was resting our top guys and coming away injury free and ready for the playoffs. Deserved to get booed?? This team plays hard every time out and just won a division title, two years removed from 3-29. I really can’t believe I just read what you wrote. Unbelievable. I really hope our Thunder players didn’t hear any of those scattered boo’s, cause that would be an embarrassment.

Simple. I paid my hard earned cash to watch the Thunder and they played very poorly down the stretch of the 4th quarter and OT and choked the game. They deserved to get booed.
