Darnell, I don't know about all his years as a Thunder player, but this year Durant played great in the first nationally televised game against Portland, great (single-handily won that game IMO) against Orlando, great against GS (rest of the team stunk), and had the best game of his career last time he played Miami. He stunk it up (on offense) last night, both times we've played LA, and the first time against Miami (started hot but then sizzled). Oh, and I thought he played well against SA, but honestly, I can't remember.

Ah, Grasshopper... You've discovered the Westbrook conundrum. I just want to scream sometimes when he goes into hero mode, but damned if it doesn't work most of the time. What's really scary is that Russ is this good and he still has a lot of room to grow. In three seasons, he's gone from "is he a point guard" to being among the top five in the league.

As far as "where was Thabo," I have to give him credit for playing markedly better defense since the trade. Wesley Matthews only had four points; 12 below his season average. My question is, "Where is Thabo's defender when the Thunder's on offense?" Answer: Playing about 15 feet off him, clogging the paint for Westbrook and Durant. When Thabo sags, teams kill us from the perimeter. When his defender does it, Thabo goes 0-5.
