Nate fits in that he is athletic, fast, can get to the rim, be a communicator to Perkins, and since they’ve played together a while, he knows Perkins pretty well. He can show or tell the other PG’s how to pass to Perkins, where and when he looks for the ball, etc. Nate has won the dunk challenge, if that means anything.

I guarentee you guys Boston fans are more upset than OKC fans. You guys just become serious contenders to take the West, while Boston lost its defensive anchor in the middle. It’s the two O’Neals and a soft European 7-footer on the inside. OKC, you should be estatic. Boston may have just given up banner #18.

Green & Krstic – nice guys but we could only go so far with them at the 4 & 5 offering zero inside presence on offense & defense. Perkins – i’m trying to be excited but at age 26, he’s an “old” 26…8 yrs in the league & couple of knee injuries. Hope he can stay healthy. I don’t see where Robinson fits. One detail i haven’t seen addressed is that of character. Presti’s been very careful in acquiring players that don’t bring baggage & attitudes into the locker room. Interested in hearing how Perkins, Robinson, and Mohammed’s personalities fit in with the team.

It had to happen. Green was a great credit to the Thunder and will be missed. With his contract coming up, the Thunder could not keep him here. It was smart to deal him while he was hot. THANKS JEFF FOR EVERYTHING AND BEST OF LUCK. Now the Thunder have the talent to take it to the Finals.

Nate, you are an idiot. First learn to say Nenad’s name right. Second, Jeff Green better than Perkins. Perkins just okay?!? Hes one of the best defensive centers and enforcers in the league. Now granted, he needs to get healthy, and the Thunder need to resign him, but just okay. Get over your Jeff Green man crush. Nate Robinson, yes, I don’t see how he fits as well, but if their just looking for offensive off the bench and some explosiveness he can do that. Coupled with Nazr Mohammed, who is also a big body and a great defensive player, suddenly the Thunder have the size and the defensive to contend with the big boys.
