When a Texas Tech player was guarding Longer too close, Longer threw his elbows (trying to made space), and he clocked the player across his nose and cheek. Bobby Knight went into a rage, yelling to Jeff Capel to bench Longer. I say (to both opposing players) if you smother Ibaka, Longer, or anybody else, be prepared to catch an elbow on your face. I believe neither player deserve a foul (but both got one…I think).
