Only those who can project the development of a team expected the Thunder to do well this season. It’s interesting that most of the “up & coming” teams are in smaller markets. Only those teams that manage the salary cap will be able to keep their teams together though. Bringing in the expensive free agents is usually what blows up the team.

i’m a little surprised that Carmelo isn’t in the top 10.. i’d be curious to see the top 25 or so, just to see the superstars that KD is selling more than.. any way you could make that happen, Darnell? :)
