This is a classic case of a guy talking out his azz.
#1. Chris Bosh was happy till this year in TO? He's actually said he used to not like it and only recently has he realized how much he enjoys it and how much it feels like home to him. Watch his video first ink. He actually has said it a few times in other media.

#2. Forbes has The Raps listed as the 11th most valuable Team in the L at $400mill. OKC ranked 13 spots and $100million less at #24 and $300 million respectively. The Toronto market alone is the 4th largest in North America and the raps get to pitch to the rest of the country. The market is much larger than OKC.

This beat "reporter" and Mr. ESPN "analyst" Tim Legler are just dreaming up BS. This is some insulting, lazy and unprofessional writing.

[...] Mayberry also asked Tim Legler some questions: ”DM: You mentioned Chris Bosh. Do you think a big-name free agent like Bosh could be convinced to sign in a market like Oklahoma City? TL: There are certain guys that I don’t think there is anyway Oklahoma City as a market would have a chance to land a player like that. I don’t think Chris Bosh is in that category. He just spent his whole career up in Toronto. Toronto’s a great city, but in terms of NBA marketing appeal it’s not up there. It’s in Canada. He’s been up there and he’s been happy for the most part until this year. So I think Chris Bosh is a little different. His character and the things that are important to him are not the same things that’s important to some of the other marquee players. So I don’t think it’ll be out of the question that Oklahoma City can make a run at Chris Bosh. I know they’re in a good situation as far as the cap. They’re not going to get LeBron James. They’re not going to get Dwyane Wade. You have to start thinking about who else could have the kind of impact on our team that we need that can get us over the hump. To me, Chris Bosh is the perfect fit. If I were them I’d do everything I could to target him. I’m not saying you’re going to get him. Everybody’s saying he’s going to end up in Miami. But you never know. I think he could fit in well in a market like Oklahoma City and be happy there.” [...]

The odds are Bosh won't play. But it is not "unrealistic". Tim Legler said we have a real shot. We will wait and see.
I think Thabo Sefolosha has a strong case as the league's premier stopper on the perimeter. Sefolosha and Artest would be my choice for the two best defensive wings in the league so far this season.

Westbrook would be my choice for the best defensive point guard. Himself and Sefolosha are the best defensive backcourt + best rebounding backcourt in the NBA. I'd like to see both make the the All-Defensive team this season.

Chris Bosh is a perfect fit for the Thunder. He reminds me of Serge Ibaka--both are thin and athletic PFs. Although Bosh is not as athletic as Ibaka, he makes it up and a lot more with his basketball talent and ability. I hope Bosh will move to OKC to play for the Thunder.

I thought the most important thing Legler said was that no one on the Thunder is playing over their head. Everyone is doing pretty much what is expected of them.

One thing I think has been somewhat unnoticed this year is Durant's improves defense. He's rarely out of position, and his length is deny a lot of passes and causing lots of deflections. The guys who go back and rewind the game tapes to look at individual plays have actually scored KD higher than Thabo in several recent games. That's not a knock on Sefalosha, who typically draws the toughest assignments against the opponent's best player, but more to show that Durant is turning into a very well-rounded player.
