Nice cut darnell, i thought that was you in one of the training camp pics doing an interview. All great questions that i think will get answered positively. Ron Adams has a whole training camp to implement his defensive principles which will really help. I also expect Westbrook to take another step, its suprising a guy that goes for 15/5/5 in his rookie in which he didnt even start to begin the year flies under the radar. Westbrook will make the world know just how good of a player he is this year. Scott Brooks seems very detailed and hard working, i love the way he played the game and i think that is becoming the character of the team. I also think Thabo and Nenad being here for the entire year really helps, I think Krstic is an underrated post defender and can really rebound and defend the rim for stretches, i know his conditioning wasnt where he wanted to be last year and i see that improving and now he has a legit center behinf him in Etan Thomas to give him rest. Sefolosha in my opinion is the best perimeter defender in basketball, He also brings a tenacity that only Desmond Mason brought for us. I cant wait to see how much his shooting has improved, i think he'll make an all Nba Defensive team this year. The last question is one i struggle with, The missing piece could already be on the roster, Mullens and Ibaka have all star potential but how long will it take them to develop? Presti has built up alot of chips, millions in cap space and 5 picks in the upcoming draft(which i expect to be most trade bait because we have a roster full of young guys). Now its getting close to cash in time

Darnell,
When you throw around the name Chris Bosh man I get super excited. Imagine Chris Bosh in a Thunder uniform? He is the missing piece to the puzzle and you are right on point for bringing his name up.

All great points. Of course with a young team, you could have just as easily asked, "How much better can OKC get offensively?" In 2008-09, they were last in the league in offensive efficiency, while only slightly worse than average on defense.

Btw, nice pic. I'm looking forward to the live blogs again this season.

Completely agree with the Andris Biedrins point. I'd love to see him in Thunder blue. That is, if we can't find a way to pry Book Lopez away from the Nets.
