Don't take me wrong--Russell Westbrook is a good to great point guard. But he isn't a natural, like Rubio (he played basketball professionally for 4 years at the point).

Agree Thomas. If we have the chance to draft Rubio, WE DO IT! This guy is going to be the next great point guard in this league. Westbrook tried to run the point, but he turns the ball over too much. He doesn't make decisions quickly enough. But put the ball in Ricky Rubio's hands, and move Russell to the 2 and oh boy, hold on to your seats. It's gonna be a fun time in Thunder Dome for years to come!

Think about it: you have Kevin Durant, a shoot-first, pass-second SF, who shoots a low % shots mainly from the outside. You have Jeff Green, a shoot-first, pass-second PF, who shoots a low % shots mainly from the outside. You have Russell Westbrook, a shoot-first, pass-second PG, who shoot a low % shots mainly from the outside. Who do you draft? The exact same as the other 3 as SG in James Harden, or a natural, pass-first, shoot-second PG in Ricky Rubio, which will move Westbrook to SG (the position he played at UCLA), and Rubio will fool the defense with his fancy dribbling and a no-look pass to the other three which makes them shoot an easy lay-up or dunk. The choice is a no-brainer.
