Sorry, as someone who's in Seattle, won't really rehash the whole "OKC stole our Sonics" or anything like that, but this team never had a chance in Seattle, either. Makes sense for D-Mase to be there; he played collegiate ball there. Getting Ray Allen's old number? Hmm...let's see IF he impacts like Ray. No Ring!!

If I were Bennett and his band of thieves, I'd have waited a few more years for Heisley to tire of his Memphis Grizzlies, and then buy them. More talent, but alas, OKC has this motley bunch of yokels now. I'll miss the Sonics, but not this particular bunch of players. The unis look silly, minor league/WNBA, and, well, good luck to the good ppl of OKC as they watch their newly acquired team struggle to win 20 games this year, pretty much like last season. Seriously. GOOD LUCK!

These uniforms look as dumb as the logo! Colors are OK, but the font style is STUPID! I hope OKC bombs. Bennett worked so hard to get this team to OKC that I think he forgot how to develop a franchise. OKC will finish last and season tickets will drop by 30% in 2 years (guaranteed). The Sooners are a much better ticket, and people in OKC will tire of NBA real quick. thanks for stealing the team from Seattle. Have fun being a loser!

Good stuff, DM.
Do you think the awkwardness at the unveiling of the uniforms was a reflection of their feeling about the uni's or more about being uncomfortable being models?
I'd really like to know how the players feel about housing costs in the metro and what they can buy in their price ranges.

(<em>Philip, I don't think it was a reflection of their feelings about the unis. I would think there is someone on the team that privately doesn't like them. You can ask 15 peope that you work with and I'm sure the results would be mixed. It's no different with these guys. I've heard all kinds of opinions today. -DM-</em>)
