TapWerks to celebrate 4th with pint night

TapWerks Ale House will celebrate the Fourth of July with a patriotic-themed pint night.

Bar general manager Greg Powell said Wednesday’s festivities will feature a  Sam Adams Boston Lager pint night. And if you’re heading down to TapWerks this week, here are a few other beer details to keep in mind, courtesy of Powell:

-Boulevard Saison Brett bottles just came in, kegs to follow (Thirsty Beagle gives this beer two paws up)

-The new Widmer Rotator Shaddock IPA is available on draft

-Kegs of the Mikkeller/Three Floyds collaboration called BooGoop will be on tap soon.

-Kegs of Jolly Pumpkin ES Bam should arrive next week.

Oh, speaking of Jolly Pumpkin- I love Oro de Calabaza. Found it at Byron’s, but I live in Norman.
Anyone seen it ’round these parts?
Also I picked up Choc’s Super Saison yesterday, and haven’t noticed a mention of it here at Thirsty Beagle. Any thoughts on that, or will I just find out all about it tonight or tomorrow when I crack it open?

I’ve not seen them in Norman, but ask your local guy to get it. Spirit Shop and Grand Cru always are craft beer friendly.
