Here’s news making the rounds in the beer world:

-Sam Adams is suing Anchor Brewing after a former employee with inside knowledge of Sam Adams plans for 2012 took a job with Anchor. You can find Sam Adams’ official stance on this issue about two thirds of the way through the thread. Here’s another take on it.
