Seeking St. Patrick’s Day plans?
Plenty happening tomorrow in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day.
I had this note passed along from TapWerks:
“We are having our big outdoor party on St. Patrick’s Day. We will have about 15 beers to choose from outside, including several Irish beers. There will be a DJ outside from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and then 100 Bones Band playing from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. outside. We will also have live acoustic music all day inside and Superfreak playing upstairs that night. Moylans Brewery will also be released for the first time in Oklahoma at the outdoor party. We will have their Moylander DIPA, Tipperary Pale Ale, and Kilt lifter Scotch Ale. We now have Marshall Revival Red on tap as well.”
In addition, McNellie’s OKC will open at 10 a.m. tomorrow. They promise a tent and some Guinness.
Sean Cummings Irish Pub will open at 11 a.m., with several bands scheduled to play.
Bricktown Brewery promises a St. Patrick’s Day bash, not sure of the details.

The 2011 Bricktown St. Patrick’s Day Block Party will be held on Thursday, March 17th. The outdoor festival is held on the streets of Bricktown, on the corner of Sheridan & Oklahoma Avenue, typically beginning in the early morning. There are green eggs and ham for breakfast from 7-9 a.m.m, and the party goes until midnight. Bring your lawn chairs, have green beer, listen to the live music, and see authentic Irish step dancing… Admission is free, and there are areas for the kids as well. No coolers, cameras, weapons, pets or outside food and drinks will be allowed.
