Beer news report: July 19
Here is some news making the rounds in the beer world:
-Haven’t you always wanted a beer brewed from a recipe discovered on 9,000-year-old pottery jars?
-A New York cupcake company has rolled out a line of manly-man cupcakes, including one known as the Beer Run. It’s made with, you guessed it, beer.
-Rumors are circulating that something called a “beer snake” has caused a Canadian Football League team to drop in the standings.
-More Canada news! A machete-wielding maniac was arrested in Windsor, Ontario, recently. He’s accused of holding four men hostage over a 12-pack of beer.
-And finally, thanks to advances in keg technology, a Japanese airline announced it will be the first to serve draft beer on airplanes. Cheers to that!
