World Cup showdown craft-beer style
The final of the World Cup is this weekend. Do I need to remind everyone that I picked Spain to win it all when I made my picks back in December? My prognosticating greatness aside, in the spirit of the match between Spain and the Netherlands, the good people at CraftBeer.com posted this match-up of traditional Spanish and Dutch breakfast foods paired with appropriate craft beers. Who will win the match-up? They give the edge to Spain, and I can’t disagree with their analysis. Who’ll win this weekend? I’m sticking with my pick; it’ll be a 2-1 Spain win.
