BCS results: Megabrew Conference
Final results are in for the Beer Championship Series Megabrew Conference. Your winner is Budweiser, which made a late rally to overpass Coors Original. Here are the final standings:
1. Budweiser: 34 percent
2. Coors Original: 26 percent
3. Coors Light: 13 percent
4. Miller Light: 12 percent
5. Bud Light Lime: 5.5 percent
5. Michelob Ultra: 5.5 percent
7. Bud Light: 4 percent
So Budweiser and Coors Original move on to the 64-beer bracket. On Monday, we’ll start voting in our next conference, the West Coast Conference. The WCC is the 12th conference of the Beer Championship Series, meaning we’ll be halfway through conference action by this time next week. Remember, you’re picking the beers that make into the bracket for a chance to be called Oklahoma’s favorite beer. So if you see one of your favorites, do your civic-beer duty and cast your vote
