Where else but Texas?
Just came across a news snippet that Pizza Hut stores in Amarillo, Texas, will start offering beer for delivery in addition to pizza. Let me just say this first: Could this happen anywhere else but in Texas? Anyway, at first blush, I thought this sounded like a great idea. Upon further consideration, I realized they’d probably only deliver the Holy Trinity of watery-tasting gas station beer: Bud Light/Coors Light/Miller Light. Wake me when someone shows up at my door with a stuffed crust and a full-flavored beer.
