Thanks for your comments Christie. Yes, Power Chicken in Honduras is a really fun place to eat. The energy in the restaurant is fantastic. The think I especially liked about it is the efficiency at which everyone was working. Plus, you can tell that all the diners really enjoy the experience. Can’t wait to go back myself!!

Oh, Power Chicken was the BEST! We went with a very large group (there were at least 25 of us) and did the family style platters. The carne asada was the best I had ever eaten, and the sweet plantains were SO good. The chicken and the pork were also very good. I wish a place like Power Chicken was in the US, it would be awesome!

First of all, you can’t confirm (let alone tell) that any city is “cosmopolitan” by simply seeing it’s skyline from a vantage point. That said, Panama City – undisputably cosmopolitan – has the most jaw-dropping skyline in all of Latin America and is within the top ten on the western hemisphere.

Yes, there are plenty of activities to keep you busy on Jamaica. Your hotel can help you book many activities that exist on the island. Have fun! I have other islands that I like better than St. Maarten.
