<p>Shanghai has bveen having a building boom for several years.  It has been estimated that 40% of the world&#8217;s construction cranes are busy at work in Shanghai.  I don&#8217;t doubt it. </p>
<p>I forgot to mention in my earlier posts; when in Shanghai you should go over to the building of the Planning Commission.  They have models of the expansion plans of several Chinese cities.  It is very, very interesting way to spend an hour or two.  My daughter and I both enjoyed the time we spent there.</p>]]></description>
