Were I making a list of my top five Scottish things, haggis would not make the list. Not even close.

- My friend and our database editor, Paul Monies
- Sir Alex Ferguson, the coach of my beloved Manchester United Red Devils
- Groundskeeper Willie
- Kilts
- Golf
