Pet Show – Scots are tops!

Listen to Pet Show! We talk about Clint Eastwood’s orangutan pal and daredevil squirrels. But most importantly, we talk about the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show and the winner, Sadie the Scot. So, in honor of her, we discussed our Top Five Scottish Things. Here is my list. (Bryan Dean posted his as a comment.)

No. 5: Haggis.

No. 4: Hooligans.

No. 3: J. K. Rowling, who lives in Scotland.

No. 2: Oklahoman Database Editor Paul Monies.

And No. 1: Sadie, the Westminster champion, of course!

I’d like to point out that Carrie come up with this list on her own. Were I making a list of my top five Scottish things, haggis would not make the list. Not even close.

In no particular order, my top five would look something like this:

- My friend and our database editor, Paul Monies
- Sir Alex Ferguson, the coach of my beloved Manchester United Red Devils
- Groundskeeper Willie
- Kilts
- Golf

The Scots are a peace-loving people. And I agree with Bryan on haggis. I would add a nice single-malt whiskey to the list.
