Beaver on the loose
A large beaver is doing some damage in southwest England as he searches for love. The approximately 84 pound beaver escaped from a farm in England with two females. The females were caught eventually but the male remained on the run gnawing down trees in the countryside.
His owner said he thinks the beaver is searching for a mate and has hatched a plan to catch the beaver in traps that smell like female beavers.
We’ll see if he takes the bait.
