World’s Ugliest Dog dies
The winner of the World’s Ugliest Dog Contest has died of cancer.
Gus, a Chinese-crested dog, had one eye and three legs. He lived in St. Petersburg, Fla., with his family. He was rescued from a negligent home, and then he went on to win the World’s Ugliest Dog Contest. The contest is in California each summer.
His owner said the prize money was used to treat Gus’s cancer.
